
INSTRUCTIONS on setting up the WORD/MAIL-MERGE Organizer

1.  Open the Word document "Organizer.doc".  Mail-Merge should initiate a Dynamic Data Exchange with Excel and
      find "dates.xls" to go with it.
2.  Select "Merge..." from the Mail-Merge toolbar.
3.  Merge the records 1-18 to the printer.
4.  Retrieve the first 18 pages.
5.  Reverse the order of the pages, by dealing them like cards onto a single pile.
6.  Put them, face up, into the printer to go through again.
7.  Merge the records 19-36.
8.  Trim according to the light gray line.
9.  Fold in half and staple to a piece of card stock (cut from manila folder does fine),
	with staples at the midpoint fold.

10.  Open the Word document "Organizer2.doc".  
11.  Print a few pages worth of that, and trim the pages for the "Long-Term Goals" section of the organizer.

12.  Bind in a checkbook size cover.
